Ticket & refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable
We plan every gathering around a confirmed headcount — food, gifting, instructors and court time are all reserved in advance — so all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
But they are transferable
If you can't make it, you can pass your ticket to another guest (21+) at no cost, up to 48 hours before the event start time. Email hello@femininealonetime.app with your name, the event date, and the new guest's full name and email, and we'll reissue the ticket to them.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. If we move the date, you can either transfer your ticket to the new date or take a full refund — your choice. We'll email you as soon as anything changes.
Age requirement
Our events are 21+ because cocktails and champagne are served. Please bring a valid ID. Guests who can't verify their age can't be admitted, and that doesn't qualify for a refund.
Late arrivals & no-shows
Check-in opens 30 minutes before start time. We can't offer refunds or credits for missed events, so if plans change, transfer your ticket instead.
