What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number when you register for an event.
• An emergency contact name and phone number, used only if something happens on site.
• Dietary notes, shirt size and social handles, when you choose to share them.
• The names and emails of additional guests you buy tickets for.
• Basic website analytics — pages viewed and where visitors came from.
• Whether our emails were opened or clicked, so we don't over-message you.

Card details are never seen or stored by us. Payments are processed by Stripe.

How we use it

To confirm your ticket, send event details and reminders, check you in at the door, respond to your questions, and let you know about future gatherings. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that help us operate — payment processing, email delivery, and our website host.

Emails and texts

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. Ticket confirmations and event-day details are sent regardless, because they're part of your purchase.

Photography at events

We photograph our gatherings and may share images on our website and social channels. You agree to this when you register, and you can ask us to remove any photo of you at any time.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@femininealonetime.app. We keep registration records as long as needed for our own accounting, then remove them.
